You upload a photo of your child. That's a trust, and we treat it that way. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and when we delete it.
What we collect
Your child's name and age, the photo you upload, the options you pick, and your contact and delivery details. Nothing else.
Children's photos
No photo can be uploaded until you confirm you are the child's guardian. We record that consent with a timestamp. The photo is used for one purpose only: preparing your order.
When we delete the photo
The original photo is deleted from our systems once your order is complete. Deletion is automatic rather than manual, and you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the printer fulfilling your order, and only as far as printing and delivery require. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
AI training
We do not use children's photos to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. The photo serves your order and nothing further.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted entirely. We respond within a reasonable period and at no charge.
