Frequently asked questions
When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 4–7 business days in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Delivery is ر.س 20.00 per order and free on bundles.
Does the page count include the cover?
No. We count inside pages only and the cover is extra: a 20-page album + cover, or a 40-page album + cover. For a story, the page count on its page is the story itself; the cover and a dedication page come on top. Both album sizes are available for memory and artwork albums.
What can I personalise?
Add your child's name and photo to a story, or collect your photos in an album with your own title. Options vary by product.
Can I return to my design?
